Christine Moore
Born in Manchester, Christine became a member of the Manchester Youth Theatre, went on to drama school and made her professional acting debut at the Bolton Octagon Theatre in 1975. Since then she has appeared the length and breadth of the country from Edinburgh to Chichester, Liverpool to the Nation Theatre playing such diverse roles as 'Mrs Johnson' in 'Blood Brothers', 'Pat' in 'Pat and Margaret', 'Titania' in 'A Midsomer Nights Dream'. In 2000 Christine recived the Mancherster evening news award for 'Most Outstanding Performace Of The Year' for the role of 'Shirley Valentine'. The following year she was nominated for best actress in Ben Eltons 'Silly Cow'. Since then she has appeared in 'Be My Baby' at the Soho Theatre, 'Song Of The Western Men' at Chichester and the premier of Tim Furths 'Safari Party' directed by Alan Ayckbourn ast Scarbourough which transferred to the Hampstead Theatre.
Christine currently lives in Somerset with her husband Kevin and son Ben.
